Dear Alumni of the Vietnamese Student Association at UC Irvine,
We are pleased to announce that we will be holding our Alumni Dinner Event in celebration of the 35th year since the founding of VSA at UC Irvine on Sunday, April 6th, 2014 from 6pm to 10pm. This event will be held at the Grand Garden Restaurant, located in Westminster.
Since many of you have been away from UC Irvine for many years, this will be the perfect opportunity to see old friends and foster new ties as well. You will be able to meet our current members and see what is happening with our organization today. We hope you use this occasion to interact with members, old and new.
There will be performances by our very own modern dance team, Level Five Origins, and lion dance team, Gio Nam Mua Lan, with a special performance by VSA UCI’s 2013-2014 board members. If any alumni are interested in performing, please take note to add that information to the RVSP form.
In addition to the entertainment, there will be a photo booth, raffles for amazing prizes, memorable items to take home, lots of good food, and a guarantee of a good time.
To participate in the Alumni Dinner Event, the cost would be $30 per person. We would appreciate an RSVP on or before Sunday, March 30th, 2014 by answering the given link below. You can pay for the event by mailing a check to VSA- Alumni Event and sending it to 62821 Arroyo Dr., Irvine, CA 92617, or at the day of the event.
Also, it would be greatly appreciated if you can contribute to our Down Memory Lane Slideshow by sending in photos of the times you had spent with VSA as a member to help reminisce the good times. If you have any further questions or photos, please contact Helena Vuong at vsaucisecretary@gmail.com.
